The comprehensive support provided to our customers is based on the principle of providing a “one-stop-shop” for all payment processing related needs. We either directly support, or work closely with Point of Sale Developers and third party payment processing software in an attempt to solve any support issue. In many cases Versatalis acts as the common link between these three independent groups.
Point of Sale Developer/Dealer Support
Versatalis Payment Solutions is committed to supporting our Point of Sale developers and dealers in gaining market share. Following is an outline of the support we provide.
- Versatalis assists developers in creating a more complete Point of Sale system by acting as a Payment Processing consultant and training them on the functionality.
- Versatalis helps deliver a more secure POS system by helping developers stay compliant with CISP (Cardholder Information Security Program) and other security related card association issues.
- Versatalis will help increase Dealer interest by providing additional revenue opportunities and adding payment processing to their tool-kit of products.
- Versatalis helps support our dealers/distributors by performing set-up and support of third party software products like PCCharge, ICVerify and our own product, eSwipe.
Merchants
- In conjunction with our Strategic Partner, Chase Paymentech, Versatalis offers 24 by 7 support.
- Versatalis provides product specific support and we provide the one link between the point of sale developer, payment processing software and the merchant service provider.
- Versatalis will perform the set-up and support of third party software products like PCCharge, ICVerify and our own product, eSwipe. Versatalis has comprehensive support agreements with PCCharge, so there is no need to purchase support agreements or pay per use support.
- Versatalis offers a state of the art on-line reporting tool called Recon $olutions.
